Decals will adhere to any smooth surface including glass, cabinets and walls.  If your walls are not smooth (such as textured papers) you might find the decals lift at the edges over time.

Love how I was able to display my photo like an expensive piece of art on the wall. Have had so many comments from friends and family as it looks so classy in my entranceway! An easy product to apply and when I tried to remove it, it came off the wall really easily also. Will definitely purchase again!
